International Distance & Relay
The International Distance Race that will consist of a .75 Mile Swim, 23 Mile Bike and a 10K Run. We will also have a three person relay division available for this distance..

Sprint Distance Triathlon
The Sprint Distance Triathlon will include a 1/2 mile swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run. A 3 person relay division will also be offered for this distance.

USAT Membership
All participants will be required to have a yearly or one day USAT membership. A one day membership will be for sale at packet pickup on Saturday for $10.00.

Packet Pick Up
Packet Pick Up will be available on Saturday, August 7th from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM at the in Lot # 17 at Headlands Beach State Park. On Sunday, August 8th at 5:30-7:15 AM is packet pick-up, body marking and bike check-in. Transition area closes at 7:15 AM. You must pickup your packet in person and have show an ID. All relay members must pick up their packet in person.

Technical Shirts to the first 400 Entrants
The first 400 people who enter will receive a high quality technical shirt.

Sports & Fitness Expo
In conjunction with the GCT, there will be a Sports & Fitness Expo from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 7 and from 8:00 till 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 8. If you would like additional information about being an expo participant please contact us.

Club - Team Discounts
We do offer a discount to members of clubs or teams. For your discount code contact your club. If you would like to register your team/club please contact us to establish a discount code.

Awards Celebration
There will be an awards celebration following the conclusion of the Sprint race and the Half & Auabike race. If you are not able to attend the awrds ceremony to receive your award you can make arrangements to have your award send to you for the cost of the mailing. Awards will also be available for pickup at Fleet Feet Sports Northfield on August 15, 2010. The awards will be available at Fleet Feet until October 1, 2009.

Relay Divisions
We will once agin offer a 3 person Relay for the Sprint distance race. Each member of the relay team will be required to fill out and application and pickup their packet in person and show an ID.

Volunteer's Needed
