Junior Youth Triathlon
Ages 7 - 10
Swim 100 yards / Bike 3 Miles / Run .5 Mile

Event Description
The swim will be parallel to the sandy beach shores of Lake Erie. The bike course will be on asphalt roads and will be a multiple loop course. The run will be an out and back course with a turnaround.

Youth Tri Training - July 23
As in the past we will have an on course youth tri training on July 23 at Headlands State Beach Park at 9:15 AM. Each participant should plan to bring all their gear including a bike and helmet for the training session. 2012 Race Pricing
Individual registration is $35.00 for Youth Triathlon. Day of race registration will be $35.00.

Online Registration Closes
Online registration for the Youth Triathlon will close on Thursday, August 2, 2012, at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Registration will be available on day of race from 6:30 Am to 7:45 AM If you plan to register day of race please get there early.

USAT Membership Required
Each participant in the Youth Triathlon will be required to have a USAT membership. In 2007, the USAT Board of Directors has reduced the one year membership to $5.00. You can purchase a 1 year USAT membership for $5.00 at www.usatriathlon.org

Sports & Fitness Expo
In conjunction with the GCT, there will be a Sports & Fitness Expo from 11:00 AM till 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 4 at Progressive Insurance, 300 N. Commons Blvd, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143. and from 8:00 AM till 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 5 next to the race finish line. If you would like additional information about being an expo participant please contact us.
